• Bachelor Business Administration
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Ability to handle simultaneous activities

The role
• Prepare commercial proposals provided in accordance with the technical scope and customer needs, maintain customer base date;
• Prepare spreadsheets and forecast sales by Commercial Director;
• Control set targets, quality indicators and outcomes;
• Controlling sales orders and contracts, filing and keeping them updated information;
• Control agenda Commercial Director;
• Develop and negotiate release of Billings, send billing authorization for finance and administration area;
• Making contacts with customers and follow-up of proposals;
• Control Documents;
• Controlling Measurement and collection of additional services;
• Provide assistance and advice to direct selling executives, such as; Hotel reservations, buying tickets, planning travel, car rental, event registrations, reporting for reimbursement; to Commercial Director;
• Comply with and ensure compliance with the standards of the company.;
• To comply with and be facilitator of the QMS.;
• Train and be trained continuously;
• Comply and 14 Ensure compliance with safety standards of work;
• Maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and organization of materials and work;
• Other related functions.
